These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Quantael's website and participation in its educational programs. By accessing the website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. For questions, contact legal@quantena.

1. Definitions

• "Quantael" — the educational provider at 75/3 Thonglor Soi 13, Watthana, Bangkok 10110.
• "Program" — any educational offering by Quantael, including Debt Management Education, Real Estate Investment Education, and Financial Wellness for Families.
• "Participant" — any individual enrolled in a Program.
• "User" — any person accessing the Quantael website.
• "Content" — all materials, worksheets, presentations, and resources provided as part of a Program.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a Program, or using the website, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have capacity to enter a legally binding agreement. These Terms form the complete agreement between you and Quantael with respect to the subject matter.

3. Nature of the Service

Quantael provides financial education — structured programs explaining financial concepts, analytical frameworks, and planning tools. Programs are educational in nature and do not constitute regulated financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Participants should consult qualified licensed professionals before making financial decisions. Quantael makes no representation about financial outcomes from applying program content.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once Quantael sends written confirmation to the email address provided at registration. Enrolment is personal and non-transferable without prior written agreement from Quantael. You are responsible for ensuring contact information is accurate.

5. Payment Terms

Program fees are due in full prior to the first session unless a written arrangement has been agreed. Fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (THB). All prices are inclusive of program materials.

Refund and cancellation policy:

• More than 7 days before first session: full refund.
• 3–7 days before first session: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 3 days before first session: no refund, except in documented emergencies at Quantael's discretion.
• Deferral to a future cohort (instead of refund) available with at least 3 days' notice at no extra charge.

6. Program Delivery

Quantael will deliver each Program as described at enrolment. If a session must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond Quantael's control, an alternative time will be offered. Programs may be delivered in person at the Bangkok premises or via video call; the format is confirmed at enrolment.

7. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and engage in good faith.
• Treat other participants and educators with respect in group settings.
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal situations.
• Not record sessions without prior written consent from Quantael.
• Not reproduce or redistribute program Content for commercial purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All program Content is the intellectual property of Quantael. Participants receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Content for their own learning and personal financial planning. Commercial use, redistribution, or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Confidentiality

Quantael treats all participant information with strict confidentiality. Information shared in sessions is not discussed outside those sessions or used in marketing. Participants in group programs are expected to keep other group members' circumstances private.

10. Disclaimers

Programs are provided on an educational basis. Quantael does not warrant that applying program content will lead to any particular financial outcome. All financial decisions remain the sole responsibility of the participant. Programs do not replace professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Quantael's total liability to any participant shall not exceed the program fee paid. Quantael is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.

12. Termination

Quantael may remove a participant from a program without refund if their conduct is disruptive or breaches these Terms. Participants may withdraw subject to the refund policy in Section 5. Materials provided before withdrawal may be retained for personal use.

13. Website Use

You agree to use the Quantael website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to disrupt the website's operation, introduce malicious code, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting legal@quantena. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

15. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties on this subject matter.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Quantael's prior written consent.

16. Changes to These Terms

Quantael may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on the website with an updated Last Updated date. Continued use of the website or participation in programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email where practical.
