Our mission is simple:
make financial learning
accessible and human.
We are a Bangkok-based financial education organisation working with individuals, couples, and families who want to approach money with more clarity and less anxiety.
← Back to HomeFounded on the belief that knowledge changes direction
Quantael was established in Bangkok in 2016 by a small team with backgrounds in financial planning, adult education, and behavioural economics. The founding insight was straightforward: most people encounter financial difficulty not because they lack intelligence or willpower, but because they were never given clear, honest frameworks for understanding how money actually works.
Over nearly a decade, we have worked alongside more than 400 participants — from recent graduates navigating their first credit obligations to families realigning shared financial goals. Each program is delivered with the same core intention: to inform without overwhelming, and to encourage without pressuring.
Our name draws from the concept of quantitative analysis and Ael — an old navigation reference for a fixed bearing. We think of financial education the way a navigator thinks of a chart: it does not make decisions for you, but it makes those decisions considerably clearer.
Our Mission
To provide structured, respectful financial education that helps people in Thailand make clearer, more considered decisions about their money — without judgment, pressure, or unrealistic promises.
Our Vision
A Thailand where financial literacy is treated as a normal, accessible life skill — not a privilege of the wealthy or a technical specialty reserved for professionals.
Our Values
- Honesty — We present information accurately, including complexity and uncertainty.
- Respect — Every participant's situation is received without comparison or criticism.
- Practicality — All content is grounded in applicable methods, not abstract theory.
The people behind the programs

How we work and what we hold ourselves to
Strict Confidentiality
All participant information is treated as strictly private. We do not share, sell, or reference personal financial situations outside of a session. Participants are referred to only by first name within group settings.
Evidence-Based Curriculum
All program content is reviewed annually against current Thai financial regulations, market data, and academic research in financial behaviour. We do not teach speculative methods or unverified approaches.
Small Group Delivery
Programs are capped at six participants per cohort. This maintains a conversational, responsive environment — quite different from lecture-style delivery — and allows educators to adapt content to the group's actual situation.
Post-Program Review
Every program cohort completes an anonymous written review at conclusion. Feedback directly shapes program revisions. We maintain a documented revision history for each curriculum module.
No Conflicts of Interest
Quantael does not receive referral fees from financial products, banks, real estate agencies, or any third parties. Our educators are salaried and have no commission incentive connected to participant decisions.
Data Protection
Personal data collected at enrolment is processed in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and stored on encrypted systems with restricted access. Participant data is deleted upon request or after a standard retention period.
What we bring to each program
Quantael operates at the intersection of financial knowledge and adult learning methodology. Our educators hold qualifications in finance and economics alongside formal training in curriculum design and facilitation. This combination means participants receive technically sound information delivered in a format that actually supports learning and retention.
Our understanding of the Thai property market, credit system, and household financial patterns is grounded in years of local practice. We do not adapt content created for other markets — every curriculum is written with Bangkok and Thailand specifically in mind, including the legal, cultural, and economic context that shapes financial decisions here.
We work with participants across a wide range of income levels and starting points. The programs are deliberately structured so that someone managing modest household income and someone considering a second property investment can both find the content relevant and applicable. Financial understanding is not a luxury — and our programs are priced accordingly.
